It is quite harsh environment for disabled people in Bulgaria. They are socially deprived since their childhood. In 2019 UNICEF Bulgaria organized social campaign to rise awareness about the problem. This animation clip was part of their communication and was targeted towards children and adults altogether. I hope I was of help for their efforts.
